Rental Cars – There are a few car rental companies at Tours Airport. They are located in a separate facility located next to the airport terminal reachable on foot. The car rental companies' opening hours often vary and not all are open every day of the week and there might not even be a car rental service available at the airport on Sundays so it’s best to organize the rental of the vehicle of choice in advance of arriving at the airport.
Buses – The closest bus stop is for Fil Bleu line 02 and it is located in the area of Vaucanson, in Tours Nord, only a 10 minute walk from the airport’s terminal. The bus runs to central Tours and tickets can be purchased on the bus. To get to the bus stop the main road between the airport and Vaucanson has to be crossed to reach the bus stop.

Taxis – Taxi cabs are usually waiting at the taxi rank right outside the arrivals hall. Taxis are metered and the journey to central Tours will cost around €20-25 depending on where the destination is located in regards to the airport. Travel time is around 15 minutes.

Trains – There is a tram stop situated approximately a 10-minute walk from the airport terminal, in the same area as the bus stop and the tramline is serviced by the same company, Fil Bleu, as the bus lines.
Several different train stations serving both domestic and international train routes can be found in Tours.
